Enter next year's added costs. The calculator shows the dues increase needed to cover them, per member and as a percent. Everything runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Pre-filled with a fictional sample club. Replace with your own figures.
Required increase per member = (operating cost increase + capital funding) / members. Percent increase = that total / current dues revenue (members x current dues). The calculator assumes the member count holds; if you expect resignations after an increase, run it again with a lower count to see the sensitivity.
It does not model dues by class, F&B minimums, initiation fees or a one-time assessment. Read the club dues increase guide for those steps.
Full Excel model coming soon. The Club Budget Model builds dues by membership class, departmental budgets and a 5-year capital and dues plan in Excel for Microsoft 365 or Excel 2019 and later, with no macros. It is built by a working private club controller.
